what is Snapchat
Snapchat is a mobile application for every device contained software. Lead by co-founder Evan Spiegel.
One of the basic concepts of the application is to render any image, video, or message you send to the recipient as soon as possible by default without becoming inaccessible.
One last thing: Snapchat’s developer is a social enterprise called Snap. The camera company claims this. Snapchat develops hardware in this way, including other products (such as Glasses), and you can read everything. Literally, Snapchat is also called Snap.
Another popular feature in this application is Snapchat Stories. Users can write photos/videos, view them as stories, and share them with all their friends. Unlike ordinary Snaps,
Snapchat Stories last 24 hours and can be viewed multiple times. Teenagers like this feature because it allows them to share their lives with all their friends in the past 24 hours.
You can also choose to share your story publicly through our story feature. Snapchat users can also view stories published by well-known brands and celebrities.
Update: Free stories can be accessed by swiping left on the main screen to enter the earlier version of the app, and now swiping right on the new “Friends” page.
Don’t make money
Snapchat’s development features include strategies to make money intentionally.
Snapchat announced the demand for advertising revenue on October 17, 2014, and therefore announced future advertising efforts.
The Snapchat company strongly utter that they “believed to simplify the ads being crawled and targeted before
we provide an entertaining and informative experience.”. The movie preview of the horror movie Ouija was shown to users on October 19, 2014.
In January 2015, Snapchat switched from focusing on growth to making money. The company introduced a “discovery” feature that allows publishers to serve paid ads by providing short-term content.
Its early distribution partners include CNN, Comedy Central, ESPN and Food Network. In June 2015,
Snapchat announced that it will enable advertisers to purchase sponsored geographic filters to take snapshots; the first customer on the list is McDonald ’s, which is brand geography covering U.S. restaurant locations Filter paid.] After Snapchat first launched in 2014,
it increased its advertising revenue through Live Stories in 2015. Advertisements can be sold in live stories or found by story sponsors. The life story is expected to attract an average of 20 million viewers within 24 hours.
How to add friends
There are multiple ways to add friends on Snapchat. The first thing to do is to click on the icon that appears at the top of the camera screen, and then select the “add friend” option.
On the Add Friend screen, you can add other accounts from username, address book, snapshot code or nearby.
If you know the username of the account you want to add, enter the username in the “Add username” field and click “+” to connect with them.
Add from address book
With this option, you can search for contacts on your phone to see who is on Snapchat. From here, you can send SMS invitations to anyone who is not on Snapchat.
Add a snapshot code
Snapcode works like a QR code, you can use your smartphone to scan Snapcode to add friends. You can scan the snapshot code directly from someone else’s Snapchat app, or you can delete it from photos received via email or IM.
To scan photos using Snapcode, click Add Friend> Add Using Snapcode> Add Photo.
Proximity is a location-based feature that allows you to search and connect with other Snapchatter in the same area. Tap Add friend> Add proximity and Snapchat will find nearby users.
Share your username
Snapchat also allows you to share your username publicly and establish contact with you.
To do this, click Add Friend> Share Username. Then, this will create a link that looks like snapchat.com/add/ashread14. If you share this link with someone, they can add you to Snapchat (in your pocket, it works very well, the URL on your desktop will link to the Snapchat download page).
What are snaps streaks?
With the help of Snapstreak, two users shoot back and forth for 24 hours in a row for three days. Once the winnings are determined, special smilies and statistics will appear to indicate the time of winning.
Why are they important? On the other hand, they increase your Snapchat score (basically a number that reflects how well you use the app). On the other hand, they are sometimes the most important thing in a child’s life.
Because they are so connected, children can form groups on social media. They believe Snapstreak is the mayor of friendship. If they do not, they will hurt others.
People know that even teens can allow their friends to keep access to their Snapchat accounts (unless they do it themselves) (e.g. if their phones are robbed because they are too online).
This can be caused by stress, anxiety, and refugees, so you want to know if your child has lines and understand why self-esteem is really important.
How do I track SNAPCHAT and find settings?
The biggest problem for parents, as on other social media platforms, is the inability to see children’s actions in the app. No scrolling is required and no monitoring is required. Instead, focus on your privacy settings.
If you want to say “yes” to Snapchat, sit down with your child and enter the app’s settings (thumbnail profile next to the profile picture).
This is a good time to talk to your child about using his or her Snapchat account safely and responsibly. Discuss when and how often they will be used and how they will react.
Explain that social media is important to them and that you need to protect it. Let your teens show you pictures from their favorite apps and great features. It means you are a little scared and you are in a team.
